At IdentityAero Web Design we strive to provide services tailored to your business's individual needs.  During the development process we will be in phone or email contact with you to make sure the site is exactly what you're looking for.  Or if you prefer, give us a vague idea and we'll take it from there until we get a basic layout that we can modify as you see fit.

Below you will see lists of the development services we offer as well as support services that allow you to have a turnkey site that you're trained to use and can take advantage of to progress your business's web presence.

Web Development Services

  • Most sites are developed on a content management system (CMS) that allows the client to easily add and remove information from the site using the backend (administrator) portion of the site. Many components can be added to this CMS during the development process. Some of these are listed below:
    • User Registration System - Required for some of the components mentioned below, a user registration system allows users of your site to create an account which can give them access to different areas of the site or even add content to the site.
    • Public Forum - This allows your registered users and/or guests to post questions and comments and receive responses from other users or staff.
    • Blog - Weblogs, or blogs, allow consistent, periodical updates of information on a certain part of your website to keep your users informed about news or events at your business.
    • FAQ System - A Frequently Asked Questions, or FAQ, system allow you to devote a section of your website to a convenient display of questions users often have.  This is easily updated from the backend.
    • Random Picture Systems - This self-explanatory system simply displays a random picture anywhere on the page.  If you have many pictures of happy customers dealing with your business, this can be a perfect place to put them.  Display a different satisfied customer on each page of your website.
    • Scrolling Picture Systems - Somewhat the same as above, this system shows pictures in succession, with an animation between them.
    • Event Calendar - A calendar that you can update from the backend or frontend.
  • Most of the above systems can be standalone websites without a content management system to tie them into different parts of the website.
  • The content management systems will have a custom skin applied to them to fit your business.  Most of the development time is spent developing this custom skin and making all of the components of the website fit together perfectly.
  • If you currently have a website, we will transfer as much information as possible to the new website. Also, we can offer seamless transition from the old site to the new site, even if they are on different web hosts.

Hosting Services

We prefer to host all websites on our own web host that maintains 99% uptime, but can make arrangements to develop sites on your web host. Our hosting prices are very reasonable and often a year of hosting is included with the site development price.  Hosting is offered on a per-client basis.  Please contact us for more information regarding hosting.

 

Support Services

  • We guarantee 99% site uptime or we'll refund your hosting money for that month.
  • The following services are available for an hourly rate of $50/hour billed by the quarter-hour:
    • Training - One of our support specialists will come to your place of business to train you and your employees to update your website.
    • Content Updating - If you would prefer to have us update the site for you, simply email us the content you'd like added to the site and we'll add it to the appropriate section. Content updating is free for the first week after the site is complete.
    • CMS Updating - The content management system we use undergoes periodical updates.  If you'd like the newest features offered by the latest CMS version, we'll update your site to the latest version.
